EB Athletics LLC was born out of the idea that training is so much more than the time we spend in the gym. By cultivating an environment where we can break down movement patterns and fine tune mechanics while simultaneously pushing ourselves to new and greater limits, we are not only making more efficient and effective athletes but building the foundation for a healthy life, physically & mentally, long after sports.

GRIT is all about having the intensity and raw determination it takes to be successful while also maintaining the laser-like focus on intentional movement and training to properly care for your body. It takes the perfect combination of training both hard and smart to have a successful long term athletic career and healthy life.
